Today we went for a long walk to Hummingbird Park without any detours, so I got to walk around a bit. It was early enough that there weren’t any other dogs out, and the weather was nice and cool.

In the afternoon, I got to go to the dog park in Laguna Beach. This was a nice park without any mean ladies who thought it was their park. I met and played with a lot of different dogs, but the most interesting part was checking out the trees and the bushes! Mostly I wandered on my own.

Mary tried to to feed me dinner really early, but I wasn’t hungry at 4. By the time she got home, I was really hungry so I tried a different approach to asking for food - I followed and sniffed appreciatively up toward the counter in hopes that something good would come my way. Mary looked puzzled, then gave me some. All I got was a bowl of some fruit pie. Maybe this isn’t the best approach…
